Constructed in the 11th century,

the château was transformed in the course of the 15th century into a watchtower that formed part of a network of signal towers from which messages could be passed from one fortress to another.

The tower now dominates a rich terroir abounding in vines, olive trees, and wild scrubland that flourish freely at its feet, providing a habitat for a wide range of biodiversity.

Our wines are made using the most modern methods, with total respect for nature – the vines have been certified organic since 2013 – and in accordance with the philosophy of the Château which is committed to the principles of integral ecology.

We are constantly seeking to refine the contemporary profile of our wines to obtain wines that are fruity, aromatic, fresh and diaphanous.
